I decided to take matters into my own hands and make somebody else’s research easier than mine by putting FollowLiker Instagram to the test and composing the ultimate impartial review.

What Is FollowLiker?
If you are starting to grow your followers on social media, by this point, you have probably heard about FollowLiker.
It is software that is supposed to help you grow your online following by automating some of the things you would usually do manually.
It offers services for Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and Tumblr, but in this review, I will focus only on the Instagram edition.
FollowLiker offers services such as auto-like/unlike, auto-follow/unfollow, auto-messaging, post scheduling, and so on – you get the point. All the features will be discussed in-depth in the “Features of FollowLiker” section.
The claims on their website are that FollowLiker is safe, easy to use, and reliable. However, my experience with using their Instagram services has proved all of these to be wrong.
When you look up FollowLiker on reliable sites like Trustpilot, you’ll notice other people having a similar experience to mine.
How Does FollowLiker Work?
On their site, they claim that FollowLiker is easy to use, which is bending the truth if I’m being honest.
You need to purchase their service, and they send you a link via email from which you have to download the software onto your Windows-based computer.
If you use Mac or Linux, you will need a VPS to use it, which they don’t say on their website. So, somebody might get an unpleasant surprise after downloading the installation.
You need to install it, and after you open the app, you can create your project, that is, put in tasks that you want the bot to do for you.
The inside of the app is really messy, and there are a lot of tiny letters, which are actually important settings that you may miss.
There are a lot of settings to set, a lot of options to check and a lot of dialogue boxes that pop up. After all of that, you can finally use FollowLiker. Is all of this rewarding? Nope.
While the software is performing its tasks, you cannot browse Instagram because it will alert the algorithm and cause you to be locked out of your account.
Features of FollowLiker
Instagram Edition features include:
Auto-follow & Unfollow
The follow feature automatically follows people who either follow certain accounts or use hashtags and keywords that you set.
The unfollow feature unfollows people who haven’t followed you back after a few days in order to maintain the following-to-follower ratio.
Unfortunately, FollowLiker interacted with many fake and bot accounts along the way.
Black-list & White-list Users
These features let you create a whitelist of people who won’t get unfollowed by the software and a blacklist for accounts that shouldn’t be followed or interacted with. While they are okay, they are quite difficult to set up.
Auto-like & Unlike
The auto-like feature will like photos from your followers, as well as other trending photos.
The auto-dislike feature will unlike photos it has liked after a few days pass. You can delay the unlike to make it seem more natural, but you would have to do it manually.
User & Photo Search
For these two features, you set keywords or hashtags you are interested in, and the software finds photos to like and users to follow based on them.
Send Direct Messages
This feature stays true to its name. It automatically directs messages that you write up and schedule beforehand. You can also schedule “Thank you” messages for your new followers.
User Experience
As you can see, all of the features they offer will consume quite a portion of your time in order to be set up properly. It is not an easy or quick process, and there are strict guidelines for setting it up.
I have taken my time and tediously customized the settings. Within the first two days of using it, I was locked out of my account because this tool uses methods that are against Instagram’s Terms and Conditions.
At times, the software would just stop working altogether. When I went to the FAQ on their website, their tip was to wait a week and try again if it wasn’t functioning.
The features performed actions randomly, despite me having spent hours putting in keywords and hashtags and everything else.
Other Social Media Platforms
I cannot guarantee how features for other social media will perform, as I have only tested the Instagram Edition. But, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them. Still, here’s a list:
- Twitter Edition: follow, unfollow, schedule tweets, retweet, reply to tweets, favorite, unfavorite, send DMs
- Pinterest Edition: follow, pin, share pins, like, comment
- Tumblr Edition: follow, post, like, send messages
Pricing of FollowLiker
The prices are the same for every social media.
If you want to get just a single Edition (Twitter, Instagram, Tumblr, or Pinterest), there are three different initial prices, depending on how many accounts you want to manage through the software. After the first month, the subscription is $5.99 per month for all packages.
For one account, you pay an initial price of $57.99, for five accounts $77.99, and for an unlimited number of accounts, the price is $97.99
If you want to combine any two editions, the initial payment is $177.99 for any combination that you want. The price for all editions is $337.99.
In my opinion, this is really expensive, especially knowing what you are going to get out of it, which is next to nothing.
Is FollowLiker Safe, Legit or A Scam?
Based on my experience and the general consensus of reviews on Trustpilot, I have to say FollowLiker is not legit.
The software doesn’t work like they claim (or doesn’t work at all sometimes), and you can’t get a hold of the 24/7 customer support they offer with each purchase.
It is safe in the sense that you can safely download and install the file.
However, it is not safe in the sense that it can cause your Instagram account to be blocked, banned, or deactivated. It can take you up to a month to get your account back in some cases.

FollowLiker: Should You Use It Or Not?
In the end, I can say that I will not be renewing my subscriptions, nor will I be recommending FollowLiker to anyone.
The service is expensive – yet faulty – and if you need any help, you cannot get hold of the 24/7 support you were promised. It takes them up to a week to reply, if they do at all.
There is a possibility that your Instagram account might get banned.
With all of this being said, FollowLiker is not worth your money or time.
