Finding an Instagram growth service that you can trust to skyrocket your account and make your Insta famous is not a piece of cake.
Too many of them are scams, only looking to take your money and disappear. Some of them, without any cruel intentions, simply fail to provide a good enough service.
And then there’s the third kind – a company that will deliver the service without ever sacrificing the high quality of the product. And if it does this at a reasonable price, well, there’s nothing more you could ask for.
Sadly, these are few and far between.
Recently, I stumbled upon a service called Digi SMM and thought to myself how I hadn’t seen plenty of detailed and unbiased reviews about their service.
How good is it? Is it run by scammers or is it an honest-to-god service that helps people grow on Instagram?
It’s time to find out.
I searched the Internet for customer reviews and experiences they’ve had with this company, and I gathered them all in one place to give you this comprehensive Digi SMM review.

What Is Digi SMM?
Digi SMM’s site left a negative impression on me the first time I visited it, and every other time too, to be frank.
It’s overpacked with useless info, it’s not user-friendly, and the colors are not easy on the eyes.
Furthermore, it contains contradictory information. For instance, they say this verbatim:
~We don’t impart you with fake or bot Fans that are of no use to your IG profile.~
Then if you look at their terms of use, you’ll see this:
~The Users Might Be Inactive Or No Real Humans.~
Well, which one is it? It surely can’t be both.
That’s not the only inconsistency I’ve encountered. Listen to this one.
They claim to have a higher goal than just making money. According to Digi SMM, they’re here to help you clench your goals, and the money they make along the way is just a side benefit.
Yeah, ok.
If that’s true, why does the service cost an arm and a leg?
I’m not kidding, the prices are pretty steep. I’ll tell you more in the upcoming sections. For now, let’s see the main features this company offers.
IG followers
One thing that I appreciated is that Digi SMM offers a variety of tariff plans. Their packages range from 50 to 10K followers.
That being said, there is one huge issue.
Digi SMM often doesn’t deliver the followers.
I checked Trustpilot for Digi SMM reviews, and that’s when I found out they don’t actually send the followers to your account.
Even when you receive followers, a great deal of them are fake. People claim the followers disappear after a while, which happens when you don’t get real followers. Instagram always deletes bots sooner or later.
IG likes
The likes packages are available in sizes from 100 to 200K.
Truth be told, I can’t tell you a lot about the quality of the likes. There are zero online reviews that even mention buying likes from Digi SMM.
Isn’t this weird when you consider that the company has been around for five years? Something definitely smells fishy.
IG views
The views are only valid for Instagram videos, which, frankly, most of us don’t care about anymore. They should turn the focus to story views or reel views instead of this.
IG comments
As with likes, I couldn’t find a single reference to comments. I’m going to go on a limb here and assume they’re not up to par.
Truthfully, seldom do you find a service that sells truly great comments. They’re usually too bot-like and generic, and I’m guessing these from Digi SMM are not any better.
IG auto likes
Finally, we have the auto likes. Digi SMM offers these likes that arrive each time you post a new photo.
They don’t provide much info so I’m not sure for how many future posts they are valid.
Customer support
If you’re wondering how to contact Digi SMM, I have to disappoint you. The only way to do so is through a form on their site.
Although they promise 24/7 live chat support, there isn’t one.
I guess this is not that big of a deal if the support team actually responded to the messages. Scroll down to the next section to see what I mean.
What Customers Think of Digi SMM
Digi SMM has been in the business for five years now. During this time, they claim to have provided the service to 500K happy customers.
Like most similar companies, their website features plenty of glowing reviews from their previous customers, and each is better than the previous one. They all speak of Digi SMM as the best company ever.
As per usual, I didn’t buy a thing of it as it all seems too good to be true. As it turns out, it is far from true. Go figure!
Let’s check out what real customers have to say about this company.
Spoiler alert: You’ll see the word SCAM thrown around a lot.
This person says although Digi SMM delivered the followers, they abruptly disappeared. You’ve guessed it – it’s cause they’re fake.
Another similar complaint from a different customer. Mind you; these are months apart, which means Digi SMM does absolutely nothing to improve the service in any way.
They also don’t bother to reply to any of the reviews, but that’s not a surprise.

IMO, this alone is enough reason not to use their service.
The way a company treats its customers is an excellent indicator of how good it really is. When I hear about horrible experiences with customer support, I immediately know I’ll never give my money to that company.
Digi SMM – Budget-Friendly or Not?
Remember how I told you Digi SMM claims their goal isn’t to make money?
Well, their price points speak differently.
If you want to try the followers, their most popular package of 5K followers goes for $50. This is the cheapest part of their service.
The likes are much more expensive. You have to pay $1K for 200K likes. If I had a guarantee that all the likes would arrive and that they’d be from real accounts, I’d perhaps consider paying this much.
Since that’s not the case with Digi SMM, you might as well pour your money down the drain.
Views are also costly, as well as comments. I won’t bother you with exact price points as I doubt you’ll ever want to buy these features from Digi SMM.
I have to mention the free trial Digi SMM offers.
Read the small letters carefully. It says the free trial is under maintenance.
This wouldn’t be a problem except that it’s been like that for a while. There is likely no free trial, and this is just a ruse.
And what about refunds?
This is yet another huge downside of Digi SMM. They supposedly offer a refund, but people say it’s almost impossible to actually get one.
Is Digi SMM Legit?
I don’t see how this company can be called legit.
They have too many shortcomings – the fake followers, failure to deliver, not responding to customers, refusing to issue refunds. Need I go on?
If you were to ask – Is Digi SMM safe?
The answer would be the same. I can’t say that it is.
The only technically safe thing about it is the HTTPS website and payment gateways. But is it safe for your account? Absolutely not.
Having bot followers will put you under Instagram’s radar, and trust me, you don’t want that.
Best case scenario – Instagram deletes the followers you purchased, and that’s it. However, it’s also common practice for Instagram to send you a warning in the form of a ban or a block.
You see, bots go against their terms of use, so they have to let you know they’re onto you.
It’s interesting, though, that Digi SMM explicitly claims to provide only real followers while their terms speak otherwise, and people fall for it cause why wouldn’t they?
Unfortunately, plenty of customers don’t peruse the terms of use, so they easily get tricked.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned from all my experience in dealing with IG services, it’s always to read the terms carefully. That’s where the truth lies.
So, imagine my surprise that Digi SMM actually says some of the followers are inactive or not real humans.
This means one thing – Digi SMM is not safe.
Besides your account, Digi SMM is not great for your wallet either.
Every price is over the top, and in the end, you don’t even get what you paid for. Or you do get it, but it’s so bad that you wish you never got it. Plus, you can’t get your money back.
Digi SMM Review – Final Word
My advice would be to avoid Digi SMM at all costs. The very few things that are good about this service are not worth all the bad ones.
They pose a risk to your safety, so I don’t see a scenario in which I would recommend you try Digi SMM.
Don’t fret – there are plenty of reliable IG services that will help you reach your goal. You just have to find them.
