It’s not a rare occasion that a company has to rebrand in order to keep working. This can be caused by many things, including unhappy customers or legal problems.
One of many companies that met this fate is former Gramblast, now known as Blastup. I’m not saying they had to rebrand for one reason or the other, but I was quite interested in finding out what really happened behind closed doors.
I know I talked to a lot of people who were familiar with Gramblast and their products, but almost none of those people knew what happened.
This was one more reason to dig deeper and find out the story in its entirety. Join me as I take a stroll through Gramlast’s past and let’s find out together how it became Blastup.
It’s quite stressful when a product you’ve been using for a long time goes in the dark and doesn’t reappear for months. In order to avoid this unpleasant situation, I recommend doing thorough research before you decide on which product you want to use.
My absolute number one is Upleap. To be sure it’s not just all talk, you can always read my review on Upleap and see for yourself.
To check out some more viable options and make your decision more concrete than ever, you can check out some of these as well:

Upleap | 4.6 | Check Rates |

Is Gramblast Legit?
The only logical first question when informing yourself about a new service is “is it legit?”, so you have to ask yourself that in order to be unbiased.
If the Trustpilot reviews are to be trusted, it’s not looking very good for Blastup. To be honest there are some good reviews but they seem to be overwhelmed by the negative ones.
This is only one of the negative ones that I stumbled upon when doing my research. Sadly, it’s not the only one, and probably not the worst one either.
To be fair, you can also run into some comments that look like this:
If you asked someone who used Gramblast while it was still called that, you would probably hear a lot of good things.
But, there is a recurring theme where some people would almost instantly get banned from Instagram if they bought their followers through this service.
Some speculate that this is due to the Instagram algorithm that recognizes bought followers almost instantly if they’re delivered in a specific way. It seems that former Gramblast had a problem with that and that Blastup is going to meet the same fate.
Another big thing that you might ask yourself is “is Gramblast safe?”, and that also is a very good question. For that matter, I haven’t run into any reviews saying their information was compromised while using this service, but you never know until it happens.
Like with all services and companies that you haven’t worked with before, I suggest you be very careful when first buying from them.
Things I like about Blastup (Gramblast)
I’ve talked over and over about how more services need to provide their potential new users with a free trial so they can reassure themselves it’s a good idea to use that specific product.
It seems that someone told Blastup that and they’ve listened!
It doesn’t seem like that much, but it’s something other competitors lack. Ten likes is nothing crazy, but you can at least check their time of delivery and see if they’re legit or not on that “playing field”.
Another thing that I like is the clean look of their main page. Some companies that provide a good service solely rely on their reputation on the open market.
For that reason, they lack a good design and a clean look. It’s sad every time I see something like this because it’s a waste of potential and good service if you don’t draw in your customers with a clean-looking website.
Blastup is the complete opposite of these types of companies. It seems that they’ve invested in their page to be clean-looking and easy to navigate. It’s a real treat for the eyes to look at their main page.
As you can see, a nice blue color that greets you from the moment you load the page to the moment you potentially go to checkout is really beautiful.
Regardless of the negative reviews found on Trustpilot, nobody can question their cheap prices. Even if it turns out most of their followers are fake, you won’t regret the 2,45 euros (or around $3,5) that you wasted on a hundred followers.
This is the beauty of smaller packages. You can conduct an experiment that will show you how legit a service is and it won’t cost you more than a coffee at Starbucks.
This is precisely what I recommend to you because it might be the smartest thing for you to do. If it happens that the service is as bad as the reviews say, you won’t be sad that you wasted much of your money.
On the other hand, if it turns out to be legit, the easiest thing to do is to buy more followers from them!
If you decide to go with this test, I suggest you make a new account to try their service out. By doing this you’re protecting your main account and making sure it won’t get banned even if the Instagram algorithm picks up on your new followers.
Blastup (former Gramblast) Review – Final Thoughts
Normally I like to make a pros and cons table just to make it easier for myself to make a decision when I’m unsure of what I think about a specific service. I’ve done exactly that in this case as well, and here it is:
PROS | CONS |
---|---|
Cheap | Bad reviews on Trustpilot |
Nice-looking | Got shut down |
Free trial | Supposedly fake followers |
