Instamacro is a growth tool for Instagram that automates certain tasks. In other words, it’s an IG bot.
By automating these tasks, you will not have to do them manually, and your account will stand out – that’s what they claim on their website.
They stay true to their word, technically.
Your account does stand out, but not from the other users. It stands out to the Instagram radar that detects inauthentic behavior.
Instagram has almost perfected their bot detection, and if it finds any on your profile, it will delete all of the inauthentic likes, comments, and followers.
After strike one, which is a warning message that they detected a third-party app on your profile and your action block, your account gets banned if you continue.
How To Use Instamacro?
As I mentioned above, Instamacro automates liking, following, and unfollowing for you. Also, they do not recommend you using Instagram while the app is working.
You can choose between three speed settings: slow, normal, and fast. The speed determines how many tasks they get done per day.
Slow is completely useless. It is so slow that it got me 2 followers over 15 days – and I’m not sure about the authenticity of one of them. That’s probably why they suggest you set the normal speed.
So, they have an option they wouldn’t even recommend, and that’s one of the many problems with this tool.
Normal is supposed to perform the maximum amount of tasks below Instagram’s limit. In my case, the activity was noticed, and I got banned.
Fast speed is also something that shouldn’t be offered as an option because they know it isn’t safe at all.
My account was banned once again, which is never a good or a fun thing. You need to act fast and reset your password or whatever they ask of you.

Instamacro offers just following, unfollowing, and liking. It doesn’t offer comments or DMs. The three-speed setting for the activities is useless because none of them work.

Auto-pause is used to set the intervals in which the automated activity will work. But it’s quite tedious to set up, and it won’t help you bypass Instagram’s algorithm.
I was hoping to see some advanced targeting options, but no sign of that with Instamacro, either.
Maybe Instamacro was a good tool back in the day, while it still worked. But with so many Instagram bots nowadays, these features are just not enough.

Both yes and no.
Yes – in the sense that they have a legit website. They will not steal your credit card information or use your data.
But no – in the sense that you pay a lot of money for something that is faulty.
They somehow try to tell you that the service is not flawless, though. I have to give them props for trying. They give you hints that basically warn you of the risks of using the Instamacro app.
But not everyone picks up on those hints, especially if you aren’t familiar with Instagram’s Terms and Conditions.
The average user sees “INSTAMACRO IS SAFE!” and believes this claim. Unfortunately, the end result is losing money and getting your account blocked.
