What Is Robolike?
Wanna spread your influence?
Robolike’s mission is to help you do exactly that. Well, that’s what they claim.
The company advertises itself as “the BEST Instagram auto liker” – those exact words.
Their objective is to help spread your influence by liking content on your behalf.
A rare claim of theirs that’s actually true is that they are one of the longest standing auto likers.
How they still manage to avoid IG’s detection tools baffled me at first, until I realized they don’t manage it anymore – it appears that the rumors are true after all.
The whole situation surrounding the rumor of Robolike not working is quite confusing:
Their website is up and running, and they accept new customers. But, once you register, nothing happens. The program doesn’t seem to be working.
If you ask me, this is super shady behavior.
I mean, if your service doesn’t work anymore, but you continue to charge people for it, I’m sorry, but you’re a fraud.
It is possible, though, that they’ll restart it soon, but that doesn’t justify their vagueness about the current situation.
If they’d issued a statement saying they’ll be back soon, then I’d be okay with it. This way, it’s just not right.
How Robolike Works?
As I previously informed you, Robolike doesn’t seem to be working anymore.
When I first set out to do my research about it, I was shocked by the lack of genuine Robolike reviews.
There are some – most with a negative sentiment – but not nearly as much as I expected for a service that’s been in business as long as Robolike.
Since I obviously couldn’t try the service and see how it works for myself, I’ll tell you what I gathered from those reviews.
To use Robolike, all you had to do was go to their website and sign up for free. Registration required an email, password, and your country.
The last one’s a bit odd, and it unnecessarily complicated things for many users.
A lot of times, upon registration, a window would pop up saying it doesn’t recognize your country, and you’d have to follow instructions to set it all up.
It wasn’t difficult to do, but it sure was a nuisance.
After that, you’d connect your IG account, and you’d be good to go.
So, what happened next? Let’s get to the Features section for a detailed description.
Robolike Features
Robolike was an auto liker tool, and these were its main features:
Auto Liking
I realize now that I haven’t addressed why exactly Robolike stopped working.
The truth is – no one knows.
But that doesn’t stop us from speculating.
I bet that this feature is the main reason behind it.
Auto liker was exactly as the name suggests – a tool that automatically likes posts, so you don’t have to do it.
It sounds neat, and it was. Well, to some level. The tool wasn’t without flaws.
Although auto likes can be a clever way to increase engagement, it’s of utmost importance not to overdo it.
And that’s where Robolike went wrong.
It would use your account to like stuff till the cows come home, which triggered Instagram’s bot detection algorithms.
The result? Your account gets action blocked, or worse – banned.
This sort of unrestrained bot behavior goes against Instagram’s Terms of use, and it was most likely a direct cause of Robolike’s unfortunate end.
Targeting
There was only one option – hashtag targeting.
Although the number of hashtags was unlimited, targeting by hashtags solely won’t separate the users in your niche from others.
View Your Likes
Each day you could see which posts Robolike liked in your name.
This sort of information was important, although I worry about how honest Robolike was.
Hopefully, it was 100% transparent, but somehow I doubt it.
Multiple Accounts
Robolike offered support for multiple Instagram accounts.
However, you couldn’t just connect them on their website. Instead, you had to email the company, and they’d do it for you. Why? Beats me.
Pricing Of Robolike
Robolike was one of the affordable growth tools. It also had a 3-day free trial that didn’t require a credit card.
For only $7.77/month, you get a pretty good deal.
Notice how it says 70-90 likes per hour? That perhaps doesn’t sound a lot, but when it’s done for hours, it adds up to too much for Instagram to tolerate.
All things considered, although Robolike was reasonably priced, it still wasn’t worth the risk.
Is Robolike Safe Or Not?
I think it’s pretty clear that Robolike wasn’t particularly safe to use.
Any service that puts your account at risk cannot be deemed safe.
As for the company’s legitimacy, I’d say it is legit as far as website and payment options go.
Top Robolike Alternatives
Are there any better and safer Robolike alternatives?
Well, of course.
The ones I listed below are just a few of the most praised tools that will help you gain real, organic growth.

Robolike Ups And Downs
Now you may wonder if there are any pros to using Robolike. And the answer’s – yes, there were a couple. Let’s look at the list of the biggest pros and cons of the tool.
PROS | CONS |
---|---|
Moderately priced | Doesn’t work anymore |
3-day free trial | Continues to charge for shutdown services |
Lack of honest reviews | |
Too much bot activity | |
Targeting abilities are poor |
Robolike: Should You Try It Or Not?
I won’t beat around the bush – you shouldn’t.
Well, technically, you can’t.
But even back in the day when it worked, Robolike wasn’t the way to go. The ever-present risk of getting banned is not something you should take lightly.
I suggest you go on and seek organic growth. Forget about the shutdown, unsafe services – let bygones be bygones.
