Not really.
Well – technically – it does; you do receive likes, comments, and follows, but the issue is in their quality rather than anything else.
Followers you gain are usually fake or way outside your niche. The same goes for likes and comments. There really isn’t much use for any of them.
What’s more, Instagram will quickly realize you’ve been purchasing engagement and using a bot, and your account will eventually get blocked or banned; it’s just a matter of time.
